Dr.- Ing. Peter Schlanstein
Co-founder & Managing Director
Peter studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and subsequently completed his PhD on medical gas exchangers at CVE (Department of Cardiovascular Engineering, RWTH Aachen University). He was the main initiator for the underlying patent application of the HBOX technology and steadily involved in the project from the idea.
Niklas Steuer
Co-founder & Managing Director
Niklas studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University. After completing his master's degree, Niklas began his doctorate at the Department of Cardiovascular Engineering in the field of medical gas exchangers and has been working continuously on the HBOX ever since. While working, Niklas successfully completed additional training in organization development and leadership strategies.
Dr. Matthias Menne
Co-founder & Managing Director
Matthias studied mechanical engineering (specializing in medical technology) and business, economics & management in a second master's degree at RWTH Aachen University. He then completed his doctorate in theoretical medicine at RWTH Aachen University where he gained leadership experience as a group leader. He complements the team with financial, medical and engineering expertise.
